Governance

General Assembly: consisting of one representative of each Party, is the ultimate decision-making body of the Consortium.

Executive Committee: consisting of the BiodivRestore Coordinator, Leaders of the six Work Packages, plus one representative of the Biodiversa Coordination Team and the Biodiversa Chief Executive Officer, as well as the Chair and the Coordinator of the Water JPI. Body monitoring the advancements of the activities and taking things forward between meetings of the whole consortium. It shall report to and be accountable to the General Assembly.

Call Steering Committee: consisting of one representative of each Funding Partner Organisation (FPO), as the ultimate decision-making body of the co-funded Call.

Call Secretariat: coordination of management activities of co-funded Call - AEI.

Coordinator: is a legal entity acting as the intermediary between the Parties and the European Commission – FRB, and is responsible for the overall coordination and achievement of the Action.

Operational Team: set up by the Coordinator, to assist and facilitate the work of the Work Package Leaders, Task and Sub-task Leaders and Coordinator for executing the decisions of the General Assembly, as well as the day-to-day management of the Action.
