 Terms & Conditions for the Use of the photographs submitted

Join us and take part in the “Water challenges for a changing world” Photo Competition

For the processing of this competition, the Water JPI observes the rules set in Regulation (EC) No 45/2001 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data (OJEU L 8 of 12.1.2001, p. 1). Agreeing these Terms & Conditions implies, from the participant, the consent to the processing of personal data and their use by the Water JPI for the execution of obligations concerning the photo contest.
All the photographs submitted under this Competition will be used in the framework of the Water JPI Communication and Dissemination activities via its tools such as Website, Newsletter, JPI presentation, Leaflets, all JPI communication materials, etc.
Each participant holds the copyright of the photograph submitted. Whenever a photograph is used, the Water JPI will always mention the name of the author (i.e.: © LASTNAME).

This registration entails for the participant:

• The certification that the photography being submitted by is his/her property;
• He/she agrees to the free dissemination of the photography for Water JPI-related Communication & Dissemination activities; and
• He/she agrees that the Water JPI publishes his/her name for the photography credits.

The Water JPI assures that:

• No photo will be offered for sale or any commercial use.
• The Photos will be used for the Water JPI communication and Dissemination activities with the ad-hoc credits.
• The photos will not modify for any JPI use
