PUBLICATION ON WATER ECOSYSTEM SERVICES
The second event of the ad hoc group Science and Police Interface in the Common Implementation Strategy of the Water Frame Directive was held in Brussels at the end of September 2011 and focused on the ecosystem services concept and its links with the directive 2000/60/EC.
The conference was titled “Water Science meets Policy” and gathered over 110 scientists, policy makers and those who bridge the two communities from 20 European countries.
