Safe, secure, and functional supply of water: the role of nanotechnologies
This question will be tackled during the conference “Nanotechnologies and nanomaterials to the market and “Nanomaterials R & D Highlights” which is scheduled for next 21-23 November in Venice.
The growth of human population and the associated increase of water consumption for human use, agriculture and critical industries, poses a significant challenge in maintaining adequate supply and acceptable quality of water.
How nanotechnologies can help to find smarter ways of using and managing water resources, to meet the soaring demand of clean water, will be the focus of an half a day session (November 23rd@ NanotechItaly 2012). Key speakers include:
